HISTORY

For 125 years, we have been producing high-quality food for industry, crafts, and trade in the third generation out of tradition and passion. Since 1997, we have also been producing products from controlled organic cultivation.

It Started with an Idea

The story of KRÖNER-STÄRKE BIO began in 1983 when Dr. Götz Kröner was studying food technology in Berlin and met a fellow student who was a committed organic farmer. His ideas of responsible use of the earth's resources and sustainable food production in harmony with nature became the guiding principle for his later professional and personal actions.

Organic is worth it to us!

At KRÖNER-STÄRKE, we have always attached great importance to a purely natural production method without the use of chemical additives and microbiocides. Our products are natural and are not chemically modified. In this respect, the use of organic wheat flour was only a logical development of our company philosophy.
